I am trying to connect Zoho CRM with Apollo AI, when trying a zap which is adding new leads in case the contact is not part of my data.

while testing I have the error: Failed to find or create a lead in Zoho CRM Error: Error parsing response. We got: ""

Hi @Elkoumy 

For us to have more context about the error, post screenshots showing how your Zap step ‘Action’ tab section is configured in EDIT mode.

@Elkoumy 

Looks like you are using a deprecated version of the Zoho CRM Find Lead event.

Try updating the Zap step to use the new replacement version of the Zap action.
