getting this error message in a step with Zapier Tables

 

Failed to find a record in Zapier Tables

Error code 403: Encountered 1 permission errors. (permissions:errors)

 

All info I find online is to re-authenticate or turn on and off the zap. What do I need to re-authenticate in a zapier table issue?
