Failed to find a file in Dropbox

Error from halted execution: Nothing could be found for the search.

 

It keeps failing to find a file in subfolders.

 

This issue has been over an year. Please help.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Thanks for the screenshots!

Could you please confirm if your Dropbox folder contains more than 4000 files? I’ve read reports that folder containing more than 4000 files could lead to a file not found error.

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
