Failed to create the update in Buffer

I have a problem uploading a video to Buffer. I get this error:

Everything works, the video uploads without a problem. But I still get this error which causes the zap to stop. How can I make it so the error does not occur, or even if it does occur that it does not stop everything else? Thanks!
