I am trying to setup a zap to send an email once I move a card in Trello from list B to List C.
When I test the zap it says “Failed to create an email in Microsoft Outlook Required field "To Email(s)" (recipients) is missing.”
I have mapped the email address to a field called “Primary Email Address” in my trello ticket and there is a valid email address typed in the field.
Can anyone give some advice?

And if not, can you send over some screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can take a closer look? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
