I am trying to setup a zap to send an email once I move a card in Trello from list B to List C.
When I test the zap it says “Failed to create an email in Microsoft Outlook Required field "To Email(s)" (recipients) is missing.”
I have mapped the email address to a field called “Primary Email Address” in my trello ticket and there is a valid email address typed in the field.
Can anyone give some advice?

I just came across this and wanted to check how things are going—did you managed to get things resolved? If so, would you be up for sharing what the solution was? This would be super helpful to others in the Community that might be getting similar errors. 
And if not, can you send over some screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can take a closer look? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
