Hi There
Trying to establish connections between plug and pay and klaviyo

I get the following error in the klaviyo bit:
Failed to create an add profile to list in Klaviyo

what can I do to fix this?

That error usually means Klaviyo isn’t getting the fields it requires. A few things to check:

  • Klaviyo needs a valid email address to add a profile. Make sure your Plug & Pay step is sending one.

  • Confirm you’ve selected the correct List in the Klaviyo action.

  • Test with fresh/live data — sometimes the sample data doesn’t include an email, which causes the error.

  • If you’re mapping extra fields (e.g. phone, name), make sure they’re in the right format.

In most cases, once a valid email is passed to a valid list, the action goes through without errors.

Solved it.
I had it standing on an ID field instead of an adress field. Thanks for your help.
