I am creating a zap to connect my cloudtalk platform and gmail.
I wish to receive an email notification when we miss calls on Cloudtalk as our CRM doesn’t currently connect to cloudtalk.
It seems that it doesn’t matter what email I use (I have used a variety of our company emails) it keeps coming up with this error.
Email address used it correct and only trying one email so no error in not adding commas.
I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong. It could be quite possibly be a very rookie mistake!
