For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Xero Zap step is configured in EDIT mode for the “Configure” section.

Click the field labels to see tooltips for expected field values and formats.

 

For line item fields, make sure the data is formatted as an array of line items.

You may be passing strings that have comma separated values, which is not an array of line items.

 

 


I've made it send an invoice to Xero, but it is entirely wrong. I cannot get the gross sales in the Loyverse POS. I'm using Amaka integration currently and hoping for the same way or at least a similar way to get an invoice like Amaka using Zapier integration. Please help me if anyone knows.

No, I did not managed to replicate Amaka’s template is it possible for you guys to help?


Hi @aris,

It looks like the issue here is on the “Contact Name” field of the “Create Sales Invoice” step. Could you please try removing the mapped data on that field and only input the employee name?

@ken.a That’s not really relevant anymore i already figured that part out what i’m asking as a “zapier staff” if you can help me replicate AMAKA’S Invoice.
And also it hasn’t been a month since i subscribed to a yearly plan as a staff do you know where i can downgrade to a monthly plan? zapier is not really giving me enough functions. i would just waste my money and customer service is not even helpful at all🤣
