The error message:

Failed to create a media in WordPress
Error while getting needs: Authentication matching query does not exist.

means that the Zap is trying to upload media to WordPress, but the authentication it relies on is missing or invalid.

Causes:

  1. The connected WordPress account was deleted, renamed, or disconnected.

  2. The authentication token expired or was revoked.

  3. The Zap is trying to use a credential (like Basic Auth or OAuth token) that no longer exists in the account or app settings.

How to Fix:

  1. Go to "My Apps" in Zapier.
Find the WordPress connection used in this Zap and verify it's still valid. If it's missing or invalid:

    • Reconnect it by clicking "Reconnect" or

    • Add a new connection and reselect it in the Zap.

  2. Open the "Upload Media" step again.

    • In the dropdown where you choose the WordPress account, make sure the right and working one is selected.

  3. Retest the Zap step after re-authenticating.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone, I will quikly go thorugh this guide
