Hi All,

I’m facing a similar issue and not able to resolve it with ; .

Can you please assist me.

Failed to create a lead in Salesforce
Could not create record of the "Lead" object: Co-Founder 1 Specialization: bad value for restricted picklist field: Product - Design, UX/UI, Research, Operations - Project Management, Marketing - Content, Growth, B2B, B2C

    Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Please include the “Action” section of your Salesforce step that shows all of its fields. Like so:

    Validation rule: AND( INCLUDES(Specialization__c, 'Other'), ISBLANK(Other_Specialization__c) )

    I’m not able to create Lead: 

    Failed to create a lead in Salesforce

    Could not create record of the "Lead" object: Provide more details about other specialisation .

    Hi there @BC-ontario,

    Thanks for the screenshot.

    The error might be due to some missing mapped data in your Zap. Could you please head to your Zap Runs in the left side bar of the Zap and send a screenshot of the “Other Specialization” field.
