Hello,

I am trying to use the API feature in Zapier to call firebase and getting the following error message.

Can anyone help and tell me what was the problem here?

Failed to create a http request in Firebase / Firestore

Domain did not match expected domain filter `*.firebaseio.com`.

Hi @lynnchin, welcome to the community!

This is a tricky one because the ‘Make an API request’ action is so customizable, and every API is slightly different.

If you haven’t already, take a look at the Firebase API (I think this is the one you need) to see if you can figure out the error from there. I can see that you’re also in touch with the Zapier Support team. You could ask them to share an example of the API request log with you, which you then share with firebase to see if they can identify the problem.

I hope that helps, please let us know if you have any questions

Hi, same issue for me.  Any tips?  I´m trying a simple delete, so not many fields to get wrong!
