I’m trying to connect my Webflow form to HubSpot using Zapier.
The data flows correctly between Webflow, Zapier, and even Slack — so the integrations are working.
But when the data is sent to HubSpot, I get this error and the submission doesn’t go through:

Error:

Failed to create a form in HubSpot
Invalid input JSON on line 1, column 336:
Cannot deserialize value of type `java.lang.String`
from Array value (token `JsonToken.START_ARRAY`)

Hey @LabLabee,

You are sending an array instead of a string for one of the column in Create Form Submission action. Please verify and convert it to string using Formatter by Zapier. You can use something like Formatter → Utilities → Line-item to Text. See more about it here- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496308258189-Convert-line-items-into-text-strings. If it doesn’t fix, please post all the configuration screenshots of Create Form Submission action. Hope it helps!

I tried using the formatter on 3 lines that had a drop down but still giving me the same issue!
