Getting error 

Failed to create a conversation in ChatGPT (OpenAI) even when the zapier chatGPT connectivity is working. Tried following:

1. Try to extract information from Bland AI summary transcript. Encountered this issue . Thereafter tried this

2. Tried simple hello prompt  excluding summary from Bland AI transcript. Still encountering same issue.

 

Created new Chatgpt API key and tested connectivty . It works but still encountering above issue.

Can you post screenshots of Data In, Data Out, the error as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context?

Hey ​@ananavaty, just checking in since it’s been a while since you posted here. Were you able to get this sorted? 

If so, would you be up for sharing what the solution was? This would be really useful for others in the Community that might be having similar issues. 🙏

And if not, could you share some screenshots as Sparsh mentioned? That’ll allow us to check the Zap’s setup and better see what might be preventing it from working as expected. Be sure to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
