My Zap has been working and recently about 5 days ago it stopped working. It just suddenly gave an error below:

This may be a bug with the kvCORE Zap action.

Notice how some of the internal field labels are these:

Sorry to hear that you’re both running into those The app returned "Invalid Request" errors. I can see our Support team have already added you both to a bug report for this issue. ​I can’t give any estimate for when this will get sorted but you’ll both get a notification once the developers of the kvCORE app have fixed it. 

I’ll be sure to share any updates or workarounds here that I come across. Thanks for your patience in the meantime 🙏
