I am trying to sync FUB with google contacts that everytime I add a new contact to my phone, fub gets the contact as well. It for some reason is saying that fields are coming up empty

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.
If the data points are added after the GContact is created, then that may be why.
