Question

Failed to create a card in Trello Required field "name" (name) is missing.

I am trying to connect Ecwid to Trello but I keep getting the error:

Failed to create a card in Trello Required field "name" (name) is missing.

Yet, I have a selection in the field.  What am I doing wrong?

Hmm @Kdiddly I’m not noticing anything strange with the set up in the screenshot you provided. Can you please do me a favor, and screenshot your full Zap setup from both your trigger and your action? (Omitting any sensitive information). This may help me get a better understanding of the full picture.

Hi @Kdiddly 

Good question.

 

If you have the Zap ON, then check the Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot. (e.g. Does the Billing Person Name variable have a value or not?)

 

FYI: You may want to put each of the mapped variables on a separate line with a static label before each for context, otherwise all the data will be merged together.
