Facebook reconnect loop Error: Connection expired despite disconnecting

Im stuck in a reconnect loop on facebook. 

I disconnect the app from zapier

(even disconnect zapier from facebook in the facebook integration section)

Then when i go to reconnect i receive the same error, connection expired.
Or i try to test the connection and receive an error 



How do i fix this?
