Facebook Pages not showing in Zapier (No options available)

Hi, I am trying to connect my Facebook Page to Zapier to create automatic posts.

However, when I try to select my Facebook Page inside the “Create Page Post” step, it shows:

“No options are available”

I already connected my Facebook account, but my page is not showing in the dropdown.

What I want to do:

  • Use Schedule by Zapier
  • Use AI by Zapier to generate content
  • Post automatically to my Facebook Page

The problem:

  • Zapier is not showing my Facebook Page
  • I cannot select any page

Can you please help me fix this issue and correctly connect my Facebook Page?

Thank you.

Hi @nathant

You can try these:

Reconnect Facebook with the correct permissions (Most Likely Fix)

The most common cause is missing permissions. When you first connected your Facebook account, you may not have granted Zapier access to manage your pages.

Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Go to your Zapier dashboard → Apps → App Connections.

  2. Find your Facebook Pages connection and click Remove or Disconnect .

  3. Click Add New Connection and select Facebook Pages again.

  4. When the Facebook login window pops up, pay close attention to the permissions screen.

  5. You must keep ALL default toggles set to "ON" for the page(s) you intend to use. If you edit or disable any of these permissions (like manage_pages), it will break your workflows .

  6. Also, in your Facebook Settings under Business Integrations, find Zapier and ensure that the setting "Who can see you use this business integration? " is set to "Public" .

After reconnecting, go back to your Zap editor, refresh the page, and check if your Page now appears in the dropdown.

The "Custom Value" Workaround (If Solution 1 fails)

If the dropdown is still empty, you can bypass it entirely by manually entering your Facebook Page ID. This is an official workaround from Zapier, especially useful if you manage over 150 pages .

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Find your Facebook Page ID:

    • Go to your Facebook Page.

    • Click on the Profile Picture in the top right → Settings & privacy → Settings.

    • In the left menu, go to Page setup (or Business Integration in some views).

    • Your Page ID will be displayed there. It's a long string of numbers.

  2. Go back to your Zapier editor and click on the empty Page dropdown field.

  3. Select the "Custom" tab (usually at the bottom of the dropdown) .

  4. Paste the Page ID into the field.

Important Prerequisites (Double-Check These)

Before trying the solutions above, please verify you meet these requirements from Zapier's official documentation:

  • Page Role: You must have Admin or Editor access (full control) to the Facebook Page. "Moderator" or "Advertiser" roles will not work .

  • Facebook Identity: Some Facebook accounts require Identity Confirmation to be completed in your Facebook settings before granting posting permissions .

  • Page Type: Zapier's "Facebook Pages" integration works only with Facebook Business Pages, not personal profiles or groups .

If you're still running into issues after trying these steps, feel free to drop a screenshot of the error and a quick description of what your Zap is doing—happy to take a look and help troubleshoot.
