Facebook Offline Conversions “You can't use offline event sets until the terms of service are accepted for COMPANY” error

Hi there, 

I am trying to set up Shopify, Facebook Offline Events Conversions. 

Every time I run a test, I keep getting this message:

The app returned `{"message":"You can't use offline event sets until the terms of service are accepted for COMPANY. Please accept the terms of service at https://business.facebook.com/events_manager2/?business_id=BUSINESSID&data_source_i

 

But when I click on the link, there is NO TERMS to be accepted. What do I need to do to get this working?

Having this same issue. @Troy Tessalone Didn’t seem to work. Any Ideas?

Hey @Amy HWB, could you try the following to see if that helps?

  1. Go to Business settings.
  2. Select Data sources.
  3. Select Offline event sets.
  4. Click upload
  5. The terms should show up for you to accept
