Hi, I’ve been experiencing a problem during the last 30 days.
My Zap has been “missing” several leads.
I’ve tested the connections between Facebook Lead Ads and my Google Sheets and everything is fine. But, when I cross check the leads on FB vs. the leads posted on Google Sheets there’s a count difference.
I downloaded the CSV files from FB and have identified which leads didn’t post.
When I go to my Zap and click on Transfer Data, they don’t appear there.
I don’t know if it’s a problem originated by FB not sending the leads to Zapier or Zapier not pulling the leads from FB.
