Sorry to hear that new Facebook Lead Ads leads aren’t triggering the Zap automatically. There’s a few things you can check to troubleshoot this:

• Are account permissions correct? Facebook requires certain permissions (See: What permissions do I need to use Facebook Lead Ads with Zapier?)
• Is the correct form selected? Has the form change or was a new form created?
• Is CRM access set? Does Zapier still have CRM access?  

I’d recommend checking out this I’m receiving new leads in Facebook, but my Zap is not running guide for more details on the above troubleshooting suggestions.

Same for me. I have everything set up properly. I have given Zapier access to exactly everything within my business manager, CRM manager etc etc in Facebook and it's still not working. I can transfer the data manually but it never seems to work automatically.

Also the link you referred to that could help does not exist. And your support team seems to be on vacation for a month. What do I do?
