Facebook leads are not automatically inserted into Salesforce

Hello very good, I need help, I have a zap made between facebook leads. and salesforce, if I test the zap, it works correctly, if I transfer the zap (bulk mode) also works. 
But the problem I have is that when a facebook lead enters is not automatically inserted into salesforce (the zap is on).
What could be happening?

Hey @cvasquez 

In addition to the help articles for Facebook Lead Ads which Troy linked my go to way to get to the bottom of Facebook permissions issues is using the Facebook Lead Ads Testing Tool.

  1. Keep your Zap turned on
  2. Create a test lead for the appropriate form here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing/
  3. In the status section your should see any permissions errors

Let us know how you get on with this, hopefully your Zap will be up and running in no time!
