I have a zap that sends our lead’s information to a Hubspot List. The problem is that, sometimes it shows the phone number on Hubspot and sometimes it doesn’t, despite having the data on Meta (all leads left their phone number to be conetacted).

These are the steps to my zap

  1. New Facebook Leads Ad

  2. Path to add lead to different Hubspot Lists according to their interest

  3. Create or update contact in Hubspot

  4. Add contact to List in Hubspot

  • It’s not the phone number’s format because I have different ones on the list (among the ones that are visible on the list of course).
  • It affects updated and new contacts

For now it seems quite random.

Try this to troubleshoot…

Review your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you understand what happened with the data flow between steps: https://zapier.com/app/history/

If you have different FB Lead Ads Forms with different field naming conventions, then that may be contributing to the issue of data not passing thru to HubSpot.
