Facebook Lead Form Data to Active Campaign Not Turning On

Hi,

 

I’ve created a zap to bring data from Facebook Lead Forms into an ActiveCampaign subscriber list but every time I turn the zap on, it just turns itself back on. The zap isn’t showing any errors or warnings and everything seems to be connecting properly, the zap just won’t stay switched on.

 

Any ideas why this is happening?

Hey there, @TheHypeSociety! Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re running into this. Facebook Lead Ads can definitely be a bit of beast to navigates.

Oftentimes when we see this it has something to do with permissions though.
