Hi,

 

since a few weeks, new zaps from Facebook Lead Ads are not sent.

 

Defined flow: from FCBK to Mail (zoho).

 

I noticed that the fields to be exported decreased (ex. creative name...) but even the “name” and “email address” that appears in the gathering fields, then the zap is not triggered and the lead is not sent.

 

I tried to reconnect zapier with facebook and the connection and permissions seems OK. 

 

any changes on GDPR from facebook that is causing any problem? any other ideas?

but also tried to send the leads to google sheet without success.

 

still doing some tests but I’m not very confident that works properly.

thanks! that’s the howto that I follow to fully reset the CRM access.

 

at this moment, in the facebook developer tool, it seems OK but still the zap is not triggered.

 

any other tip? 

 

 


Hey @vdelafuente!

I’m sorry your Facebook Lead Ads Zap still isn’t triggering despite having fixed that previous 103 error. I think it may be best to reach out to our Support Team about this. They have access to the logs for your Zap and should be better able to identify what’s preventing the Zap from triggering as it should.
