Facebook Lead ads (for business managers) not connecting

I am getting stuck going through Facebook lead ads integration, anybody having this problem?

When I am trying to connect my clients pages which I have 100% access to it just gives me this failure but don’t get what exactly Zapier asks me to do as I have access to everything.

This issue can happen even if you've given yourself all the permissions in Business Manager but did not assign the page to all the categories in Zapier on your personal FB profile. 
 
Here are the instructions from Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/help/405094243235242 
 
You'll need to make sure Zapier integration is active and all the permissions are enabled for it, like this:

Could you make these changes and then create a new Facebook Lead Ads connection: https://zapier.com/app/connections/facebook-lead-ads? This will ensure we have the most up to date permissions in the connection.
