Facebook Lead Ad and Lead in Copper (Failed to create a lead in Copper) - Status code 422

Hello,

 

We are trying to automatically communicate Facebook Lead Ads and Copper via Zapier. If we get a lead from Facebook Lead Ad, we would like to get it into Copper as a new lead.

 

We have already set up Trigger (Facebook Lead Ads) and everything seems to be connected correctly.

Now we are trying to connect Copper and we are trying to map some information (Full name, E-mail, Company name and Platform) 

but when we start testing it, we see an error there.

Can anyone help us with this?

The Customer Source expects a value from the dropdown list of options.

Help: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496241696141-Add-custom-values-to-dropdown-menu-fields-in-Zaps

You may need to use a lookup table to translate to the expected valid values.
