Facebook Conversions error: Required field "Stage in sales process" (lifecycle_stage_name) is missing. Zoho CRM integration

Hello, I am trying to connect the Facebook Conversions API with Zoho CRM for a FB Leads Ad campaign. I am not clear whether I need to create a custom field in Zoho or if there is some automation not working. I am unable to complete the setup of the zap, due to this error.

 

Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? Please help 🙏🏼

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with the error.
