Hi all, 

I have had a simple lead nurture zap connected to Facebook Ads for 3 months. All has been well until 4 days ago. after receiving no new leads for 4 days i thought id investigate if ZAPS were still working. I have established the last 9 leads not triggered my ZAP. I have been through the troubleshooting processes and can not establish WHY its not working. turned it on and off, test connections and they are fine, checked my payment details and still have a current subscription. BUT when i test trigger still NOTHING? What am I missing? How do i get actual help from a person and not a bot?
