I have created a registristation form in Jotform for a for a kids event. The Jotform it has a configurable list that I have used to input names of kids. We want to extract the Names and ages to go to a Googlesheet. We did it last year using formatter and it worked but it wont work now.

Was it a Utilities > Lookup Table (Formatter) action that you used previously? If so, did list of kids on the registration form change, or does it have the exact same list as last year? Just thinking that if there’s different children listed in JotForm then that could cause the values the Zap receives from JotForm not match what’s in the lookup table and prevent it from working.
In which case, can you try updating the values in the lookup table to match this year’s list and let us know if that sorts it?
If you’ve already done, that can you share some screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can get a bit more context on the cause of the issue. Please remember to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space (you can use a tool like Zappy for that).
