Excel sheet doesn't consistently trigger

Hello there!
Zapier works great, except sometimes. Then I miss zapps in my online excel sheet that are successful in Zapier. What could be the cause? Who can help me?

Hey there, @Wycliffe! Thanks so much for reaching out!

In addition to the insight @Troy Tessalone offered, I wanted to mention, Excel can be a bit picky in terms of setup. 😔  I’d also recommend taking a quick peek at this article to make sure your spreadsheet is setup to work with Zapier.

What are you Zap steps? (please provide screenshots of each app/event)

Might be best to start troubleshooting by checking your Zap Runs: https://zapier.com/app/history/

  1. Did the Zap trigger?
  2. Were there errors?
