Hey all, Happy Sunday!

I have set up an Eventbrite event with Name and Email (default) and cell number (extra) as required.

I need the name and phone # sent to me by Clicksms SMS for super-quick follow up by phone. In the past it has not been an issue.

But now when someone registers, I get the Name and email mapping across to zapier but not the cell. (the tag I use is “eventbrite - profile cell phone”)

On eventbrite at registration the cell number is requested after the initial registration on a separate page (?). So I tried setting up a “wait by zapier” for 1 min incase eventbrite needed time to populate the cell.

But still no cell number mapping across to Clicksend SMS

It seems janky. Anyone any ideas? Thanks H

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of the action step that shows all of its fields. Like so:
