Hi there,

I have an auto email going out directly through outlook, for a couple of months it has worked fine - all of a sudden there is an error occurring and it doesn’t send the email, instead the email sits in drafts and I get this error alert in my inbox:

 

 

I need the file to attach to the email so that our clients can have a copy in their inbox, as links are seen as possibly a scam.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of the action step that shows all of its fields. Like so:
