Hello,

In the last 2 weeks for the first time we experienced a specific type of errors in the 1st step of our Zaps (“New activity” - Pipedrive). The Zap run can be re-run without any problem, so no data should be missing from the Pipedrive. Is there any solution for it? Or have anyone else experienced the same errors as seen below? 

 

Error while hydrating data from Pipedrive: Error parsing response. We got: ""

OR

SoftTimeLimitExceeded()

Zap trigger errors can be hard to diagnosis or fix as you are limited in your options.

Sometimes these are temp issues that resolve on their own.

 

SoftTimeLimitExceeded() usually means the Zap step did not finish responding in time before the timeout window, which might be related to too much data.
