All my AI by Zapier tasks in every Zap is failing with the same error: Error moderating inputs. This can indicate that you have too many fields. Revise and try again.

Everything has been working fine for months, I haven’t changed anything… please help as these workflows are critical for my business…

Thanks so much

Hi @Xavier from Lexa

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • the encountered Zap step error
  • how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible in the CONFIGURE tab

Hey @Xavier from Lexa,

You may want to reach Zapier Support for that here- https://zapier.com/app/get-help. Then you can better understand their content moderation and they will be able to help you better. Here is a helpful article about AI by Zapier- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496342944013-Use-AI-by-Zapier-to-analyze-and-return-data

Referencing some of the limitations from the article-

  • AI by Zapier does not learn from previous actions by incorporating learning. Each time an AI by Zapier action runs, the AI knowledge is reset to its initial state.
  • AI by Zapier uses large language models (LLMs) from Zapier’s AI Functionality Subprocessors. Your AI by Zapier step may fail if its content violates the subprocessors’ usage policies.
  • You cannot use AI by Zapier to search and extract information from websites, including URLs.
  • You can include up to 20 knowledge sources per AI by Zapier step.

There may be some change in content moderation for subprocessor side that may be causing this issue. Hope it helps!

Please Send Workflow Pic and error Pic, As I can guide you batter.

It’s working again now (I did not change anything) - if it errors out again, I will send you all the screenshots,

Thanks!
