Error while reconnecting Safety Culture (iAuditor)


Hi everyone,

 

I’m trying to reconnect my Safety culture app and i’m receiving some error but not sure what that means and if it’s a Zapier issue or Safety culture issue.

 

Could not locate the bindings file. Tried: → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/build/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/build/Debug/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/build/Release/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/out/Debug/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/Debug/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/out/Release/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/Release/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/build/default/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/compiled/18.20.4/linux/x64/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/addon-build/release/install-root/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/addon-build/debug/install-root/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/addon-build/default/install-root/deasync.node → /var/task/node_modules/deasync/lib/binding/node-v108-linux-x64/deasync.node

Try reaching out to SafetyCulture Support for help with their Zap app integration.

I noticed you also reached out to our Support Team about this. It seems that you might have been attempting to reconnect an old version of the SafetyCulture app (version 1.1.1) which might be what’s causing that error here. 

Have you had a chance to try their suggestion of updating to the latest version of the SafteyCulture app? Please let us know if that works as hoped and allows you to reconnect successfully—we’re eager to make sure you’re all set! 🙂


@SamB - just want to flag that I’ve been experience the exact same issue as of yesterday. The issue appears to be with the pop-up link to connect to SafetyCulture.

@SamB I am also having this issue - affecting hundreds of data steams a day.

You cannot manage or reconnect to Safety Culture as like Emily mentions above the issue appears in the pop up window when trying to link to Safety Culture or manage a connection.

@SamB I don’t think the issue was because i was reconnecting to version 1.1.1, as i was trying to reconnect to it after i started seeing the error message and as per above comments i assume there was some bug?

At least the issue is resolved now, and we received all reports that were completed yesterday.

The SatefyCulture app had an incident today, which caused the “Could not locate the bindings file” error. I am happy to confirm that the issue has been resolved and you should be able to connect successfully now.
