Error when trying to connect to Halo Service Solutions

I am trying to connect Zapier to an instance of Halo Service Solutions for the purpose creating tickets from another program.

 

When I present the correct information such as the API URL and the AUTH URL and the correct user name and password I get the following error message:

Has anyone seen this before and if you have seen this before how did you get around it.
