I tried using Zapier to sync data between HubSpot and NetSuite. However, I keep encountering the error: 'Error while accessing a resource. Please choose an item to add.' during the 'Create Record in NetSuite' step.

I’ve tried mapping HubSpot SKU data to fields such as Reference Name, Item - Internal Identifier, Item - Reference Name, and Item - External Identifier. I also attempted entering the data directly into these fields, but it still doesn’t work.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I’d really appreciate your help!

Hi @cresc

You can use the magnifying glass icon to filter for fields that are required.

We would need to see more screenshots showing the other fields available.

You can click on field labels to see tooltips with more info about expected values and formats.

Hi there, @cresc. Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Looks like you're running into an existing bug with the Create Record NetSuite action. Although we can’t provide a timeline for a fix, I’ve added you to the bug report as an affected user. This will ensure that you receive an email notification as soon as it’s resolved.

There aren’t any reported workarounds at the moment, but if I come across any, I’ll be sure to share the details here. Thanks for your patience in the meantime! 🧡

Thank you all for your kind responses!

Hi @SamB May I know where I can see the bug report?

and can you loop in the follow email address to follow the status?

Hi @SamB ,

Could you help to delete my previous reply once you add the recipient to the email loop? thank you

Happy to confirm I’ve added that email address to the bug report @cresc and it’s been removed from your post!

There aren’t any public-facing links available for bug reports, but we’ll be sure to reach out via email as soon as it’s resolved. I’ll also follow up here if there are any updates on the status of the bug. 🙂

Exactly the same thing happens to me since the new update. I've been trying to sort this out for many hours. I shouldn't have updated because it was working fine before.
