I tried using Zapier to sync data between HubSpot and NetSuite. However, I keep encountering the error: 'Error while accessing a resource. Please choose an item to add.' during the 'Create Record in NetSuite' step.
I’ve tried mapping HubSpot SKU data to fields such as Reference Name, Item - Internal Identifier, Item - Reference Name, and Item - External Identifier. I also attempted entering the data directly into these fields, but it still doesn’t work.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I’d really appreciate your help!

Hey folks, I’m happy to announce that the bug has been fixed! 🎉
In case you missed the email notification that went out, here’s the important information from it that you need to be aware of:
“Note: Users may hit a similar error in the "Create or Update Record" action if passing data to sublist fields, as some sublist fields cannot be modified upon creation of a NetSuite record through NetSuite's API. In these cases, try creating the record (via 'Create Record') first, and then updating the sublist fields in an 'Update Record' action to resolve this issue.”
Looks like you're running into an existing bug with the Create Record NetSuite action. Although we can’t provide a timeline for a fix, I’ve added you to the bug report as an affected user. This will ensure that you receive an email notification as soon as it’s resolved.
There aren’t any reported workarounds at the moment, but if I come across any, I’ll be sure to share the details here. Thanks for your patience in the meantime! 🧡
Hi @SamB May I know where I can see the bug report?

Exactly the same thing happens to me since the new update. I've been trying to sort this out for many hours. I shouldn't have updated because it was working fine before.
I have added you to the bug report as another affected member. While we can’t provide an exact ETA for the bug’s fix. We will let you know via email once it is.
