Error when creating: Add new Bloom Beyond appointments to a Google Sheets spreadsheet

Error code: 

Failed to create a spreadsheet row in Google Sheets

The app returned "Requested entity was not found.".



I need this issue resolved. What does this error code mean and how to fix it?
