Hi

I have an issue when I’m trying to log in on my Zapier account.
I’m getting the following error, and I don’t know if it’s an error associated with my laptop’s MAC address or anything else. 
 

I really don’t know what can I do.

I am able to log in using another laptop but I can’t using mine.

So sorry you’re having trouble logging in. I see that you reached out to our support team and they responded with some instructions and suggestions. Did you give those a try?

Your best bet would really be to give those a try first and if you still have problems logging in, keep the conversation going with them. I say this because our support team will be better equipped to dig into logs, file any necessary bug reports, and help you troubleshoot.
