Hello, 

I encountered an error message while attempting to activate my Zaps: "Error turning Zap on: undefined Error: inactive user cannot access the API." Initially, I presumed it was due to a payment issue and promptly upgraded my plan. However, I'm still encountering the same error. Could someone please assist me with resolving this issue?

The error indicates that one of the apps being used in a Zap step is connected with an account associated to an inactive user.

Post screenshots of the error and your Zap steps to give us more context.
