Error turning Zap on: undefined Error : inactive user cannot access the api

Hello, 

I encountered an error message while attempting to activate my Zaps: "Error turning Zap on: undefined Error: inactive user cannot access the API." Initially, I presumed it was due to a payment issue and promptly upgraded my plan. However, I'm still encountering the same error. Could someone please assist me with resolving this issue?

Hi @David Kennett 

The error indicates that one of the apps being used in a Zap step is connected with an account associated to an inactive user.

You can manage your Zap app connections here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Post screenshots of the error and your Zap steps to give us more context.
