I created this zap for fb ads to mailerlite. the second screenshot is the history - it seems to have been fine until today.  the first screenshot talks about an error but honestly i don’t understand what’s changed and what to do about it. can anyone help please? urgent. thanks.

MailerLite Zap step error indicatesP The given data was invalid.

That could be due to data point values that are not properly formatted (e.g. invalid email address format) or data point values that are determined to be bogus (e.g. test data).

We would need to see screenshots from the Zap Run history details for the DATA IN to the MailerLite step.

The screenshot of the history is in the first message but I’ll attach here again.

.  It’s just one page.  I’m very new to this.  Do the green parts labelled ‘success’ mean that people were able to click through?  If that’s the case, then I don’t understand what happened, as I haven’t made any changes.  

Also, “That could be due to data point values that are not properly formatted (e.g. invalid email address format) or data point values that are determined to be bogus (e.g. test data).” - I honestly don’t understand what this means or how I can check or change it.

For this 1 Zap Run, the error is likely due to bad data.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing the DATA IN tab for the Zap step 2 with the error in the Zap Run. (screenshot)

 

Here it is. Also can I ask - looking at the history, there are lots of green ticks - does that mean it was working correctly and then something went wrong? So confused.

For this 1 Zap Run in question, the error is likely due to bad data submitted via the FB Lead Ad Form. (e.g. an invalid email address or blatantly dummy/test data)

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing the DATA IN tab for the Zap step 2 with the error in the Zap Run. (see screenshot below)

Troy is correct in that the error is likely due to insufficient data submitted via the FB Lead Ad Form (for example, an invalid email address or blatantly dummy/test data).

Kindly double-check the email address and all the data for MailerLite to create a subscriber.
