ERROR: Slack direct messages

I want to create a zap that triggers when someone joins a public slack channel.

I have set up a filter that involves a text to match with for example “has joined the channel” or similar.
And then of course sending the specific direct message to that user.

I have tested out my data for every step, and it takes out the correct data and explains that the zap will run as usual for every step.

But once going live, my filter seems to stop them. It looks like it has problems with even finding the specific “message” where a new user joins the slack channel.

Whats happening? And anyone that could help?

Hi there @ulrikvr,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of your action steps that shows all of its fields. Like so:

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!
