Hi, I am trying to create a zap between Payhip and convert kit but although everything check s out when I do a test zap it says I have no members and to add members!
I have tried to find something else to select and have tried multiple times but I cant move on to the next steps as this wont work.
Pay hip says to contact Zapier and I cant find a solution with ai help or anything
Its connected but wont work, please advise

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field types, along with any encountered errors.

If not, are you able to skip the test on that Payhip trigger and proceed to finish setting up your Zap using the sample test record?
