I have a Zap triggered by MC Professional, that when an invoice is changed to paid, an opportunity is created in Salesforce with a certain Campaign linked to it. However when the Zap runs, if the Contact is already a Campaign Member in that linked campaign, I encounters this error:

 

The opportunity is created in Salesforce correctly, but each zap run is turning up this error, making it harder to discern actual zap issues.

I believe this is due to settings in Salesforce that cause a contact to be added to a campaign as a campaign member whenever an opportunity the contact is linked to is added to the campaign. However, all of this should be done within Salesforce, not in Zapier. All I need Zapier to do is add the opportunity with the linked campaign. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this error message, since the zap is accomplishing what i need? Below is a screen shot of the zap itself, its pretty simple but perhaps I should have built it differently to avoid this error:

You can add an error handler to the Zap step.

For the Error path, add a Zap step that doesn’t really do anything. (e.g. JavaScript Code step as is)
