ERROR: I can't connect my Bitrix24 account

After following all the steps to connect an automation to Bitrix24… when connecting the Bitrix account, the following error appears on the screen:


ERROR_OAUTH: Application not installed


Can anyone help me?

Hey there, @André Rocha! Thanks for reaching out in the community! So sorry to hear you’re running into this! 

I know this may seem silly but I just wanted to verify - were you able to download the Zapier app from the Bitrix marketplace? It’s worth mentioning you’ll need admin access in order to so. Here’s a guide Bitrix published on installation and getting started here:

It may also be worth confirming the subscription plan you’re on is a paid plan or at least the trial version of the paid option. Here’s another article with a few other steps for troubleshooting:
