I know this may seem silly but I just wanted to verify - were you able to download the Zapier app from the Bitrix marketplace? It’s worth mentioning you’ll need admin access in order to so. Here’s a guide Bitrix published on installation and getting started here:
It may also be worth confirming the subscription plan you’re on is a paid plan or at least the trial version of the paid option. Here’s another article with a few other steps for troubleshooting:
