Error from halted execution: Could not find user with this email address

I am trying to create a daily scheduled trigger from Zapier to Intercom (Add Event in Intercom). But I am receiving this error when trying to test it. The email ID mentioned is valid on Intercom but seem to be receiving this error. 

Could you help me understand what the issue is and how I can resolve this?

For us to have more context about the error, post screenshots with how your Zap step is configured in the ‘Action’ section while viewing in EDIT mode.

Try adding a Zap step to first Create/Update User, so it exists in Intercom before trying to add the email to the Event.
