Error: Failed to create a create sales receipt in QuickBooks Online, Business Validation Error

Hello. 

I keep getting this error message, hoping someone can guide me past it.

“Failed to create a create sales receipt in QuickBooks Online
A business validation error has occurred while processing your request: Business Validation Error: Please choose an account of type Bank or Other Current Assets.”

 

In the field “Deposit To Account” I selected the correct account from the chart of account, I assume that is all I needed to do.

Is the selected account set a “Bank” or “Asset” type of account in QuickBooks?

Can you take a quick look into QuickBooks to confirm if the selected account’s type is a bank or asset? If it’s not are you able to change it’s account type or try selecting a different account in the Zap to see if that fixes it? Looking forward to hearing from you!
